Job Description

Benison IVF and Health care clinic situated in Dwarka, Delhi is one of the fastest growing IVF centre in India. For more details you can visit: www.benisonivf.com.We are looking for a driven and empathetic IVF Sales Executive to promote fertility services, build strong patient relationships, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective patients through their fertility journey, explaining treatment options, and converting inquiries into consultations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities· Convert inquiries into clinic visits and treatment cycles

· Counsel prospective patients on IVF treatments, procedures, pricing, and success rates

· Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and referral partners

· Handle patient queries with sensitivity and confidentiality

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems & Google Sheets.

· Coordinate with medical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient experience

· Stay updated on fertility treatments, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements· Bachelor’s degree (Minumum)

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales . Preference will be given to Previous IVF Experience ,Healthcare sales.

· Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills

· High level of empathy and patient-centric approach

· Target-driven with proven sales track record

· Basic understanding of fertility treatments is an advantage
