Sales Executive

About the Role

We are a growing company looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote our products and services, connect with potential customers, and convert leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and digital communication channels.

* Present and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.

* Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Follow up with prospects to maximize sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system regularly.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

* Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria

* Candidates with up to 1 year of sales or customer service experience can apply.

* Strong communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred).

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building skills.

* Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
