Job Title: Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

Handle customer queries and objections confidently to close sales.

Maintain good customer relationships and follow up with potential leads.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 12th Pass or above. Diploma and Graduates are also welcome.

Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply.

Basic English is required.

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
