Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable photography/videography packages.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details.
- Maintain customer relationships before and after booking.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
- Build partnerships with wedding planners, event organizers, banquet halls, makeup artists, and decorators.
- Promote company services and special offers to prospective clients.
