About Us:

We are a fast-growing organization offering cutting-edge Cloud Telephony and Communication Solutions that empower businesses to enhance their customer engagement, streamline communication, and drive sales. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team and kick-start their career in sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Explain company products (Cloud Telephony, IVR Solutions, Call Center Solutions, etc.) to prospective customers in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations with senior sales members.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Cloud Telephony, SaaS, and Communication Solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability with a customer-first approach.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, or IT solutions (added advantage).
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts easily.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Internship/Training in Sales/Marketing/Telecom/IT Solutions will be an added plus.
