Visit distributors, dealers, fabricators, OEMs, engineering companies, and industrial customers to promote products.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.

Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities.

Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and business development plans.

Resolve customer complaints and provide technical support in coordination with the technical team.
