Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Manage and supervise multiple stores across Delhi NCR & Dehradun.
• Lead, guide and motivate store teams.
• Ensure proper staffing and timely hiring.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and SOP compliance.
• Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
• Ensure good customer service and store presentation.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory and product losses.
• Check that all company processes and policies are followed.
• Review store performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Regularly share updates on sales, manpower and store operations.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth store functioning.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations.
• 1–2 years of experience managing multiple stores.
• Experience as Retail Supervisor, Cluster Manager or similar role.
• Experience in Modern Trade (SIS) or General Trade.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
• Good problem-solving and execution skills.
• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR and Dehradun.
