Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom walk-ins, tele-sales inquiries, lead management, client interactions, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution. The role focuses on converting inquiries into sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the brand image of Karara Mujassme.


Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom Sales & Walk-In ManagementWelcome and assist all showroom visitors in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and assess feasibility based on available products and customization possibilities.
  • Conduct showroom tours showcasing product ranges, craftsmanship, customization capabilities, and company strengths.
  • Guide customers through product selection and purchase decisions.
  • Coordinate with the Admin team for preparation of quotations and ensure accuracy before sharing with clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments before dispatch of goods.
  • Focus on maximizing showroom walk-in conversions into successful sales.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and overall customer experience standards.
  • Lead & Tele-Sales ManagementManage incoming leads from Meta, Google, IndiaMART, website inquiries, and other sales channels.
  • Follow up on leads, qualify them as per company criteria, and maximize conversions through calls, meetings, and walk-ins.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Review quotations before sharing them with clients to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Follow up for advance payments and order confirmations.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collect customer feedback and maintain strong post-sales relationships.
  • Order Fulfillment & CoordinationCoordinate with Admin, Fulfillment, Production, and Workshop teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order progress and keep clients updated regarding production and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure balance payment collection before dispatch or as per agreed payment terms.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments until order closure.
  • Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate sales records including leads, quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch details.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per company processes.
  • Ensure data governance and accuracy in CRM/software systems for management review.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support sales campaigns, business development initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
  • Be a team player and contribute positively to organizational culture.
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Experience in luxury products, architecture, interiors, furniture, décor, construction, or design-related industries will be preferred.
  • Candidates from an Architecture or Interior Design background are preferred due to their relevant technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
