Job Description
Generate Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.
Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and referral partners.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the channel network.
Ensure achievement of monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Guide DSAs on product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process requirements.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Monitor lead conversion and provide timely updates to channel partners.
Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
