Job Opening: Relationship Manager (Home Loan)

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Relationship Manager with experience in the Home Loan industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling customer relationships, generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, and assisting them throughout the home loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage Home Loan leads through various sources.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products.

Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.

Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan cases.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate MIS and customer records.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loan Sales/Relationship Management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Job Details:

Location: Noida, Sector 18

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Based on interview, experience & performance)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
