Job Description
Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively acquire new clients and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, or managing assigned leads.
Needs Analysis: Evaluate clients' financial goals to recommend tailored life insurance, investment, and protection plans.
Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and policy renewals.
Partner Collaboration: If working in bancassurance, train and collaborate with partner branch staff in areas like Delhi/NCR to cross-sell products.
Policy Servicing & Claims: Assist clients with documentation, policy issuance, premium renewals, and navigating the claim settlement process.
Compliance: Ensure all sales and client communications adhere to IRDAI and internal regulatory guideline
