Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, calling, and digital outreach.
• Schedule property showings.
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers with the guidance of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after transactions.
