Quick-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Quick Commerce Executive to manage and scale our brand’s presence on rapid-delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations, optimize product visibility, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive sales growth across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations and product performance across major quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart etc).
• PO & Order Processing: Coordinate closely with channel partners to receive, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) from generation to fulfillment.
• Delivery Coordination: Oversee last-mile delivery operations by collaborating daily with third-party courier partners and platform-assigned riders.
• Catalog & Pricing: Ensure accurate and optimized product listings (titles, pricing, high-quality images, and descriptions) in coordination with internal teams.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Monitor real-time stock levels across dark stores and warehouses; coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Campaigns & Ads: Execute promotional offers, discount campaigns, and digital ads to boost conversion rates and visibility.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment rates, and turnaround times (TAT). Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce dashboards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with key account managers on partner platforms and collaborate with internal marketing and logistics teams to maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, D2C retail, or supply chain management. Hands-on experience with seller portals is highly preferred.
• Logistics Acumen: Proven experience managing PO cycles, warehouse deliveries, and coordinating with logistics/courier partners.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to handle escalations and platform coordination.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
