Quality Control & Handover Executive

–     Conducting structured quality audits at every stage of execution — not just at the end

–     Maintaining a punch list system and closing all snag items before handover

–     Coordinating with site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure zero-defect handover

–     Documenting the handover process AMC details, warranty records, as-built drawings, and client sign-offs

–     Being the client's last touchpoint before possession and making that moment count

–     3–6 years of experience in interior execution, site supervision, or quality assurance

–     A systematic mind you work from checklists, not memory

–     Strong knowledge of finishing works: flooring, false ceiling, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and paint

–     Excellent communication skills you'll interface directly with clients at a sensitive stage of the project

–     Someone who takes personal pride in a space being truly finished
