QA / QC Manager

About the Role

We are inviting applications from experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Experts to join our panel of consultants for project-based assignments across India. Selected professionals will be empaneled with the organization and engaged on specific client projects as and when requirements arise.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, implementation, documentation, training, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Quality Management System implementation and documentation activities.

* Perform gap assessments and support organizations in achieving ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

* Carry out internal audits, pre-assessment audits, and compliance reviews.

* Provide guidance and recommendations for continual improvement of quality management systems.

* Coordinate with clients and project teams during project execution.

* Prepare and maintain all necessary audit and compliance documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.

* Relevant certifications in Quality Management Systems from BIS or any recognized certification/training body will be an added advantage.

* Prior experience in QMS implementation, consulting, or auditing is preferred.

* Experience as an Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, or similar role will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.

Compensation & Benefits

* Project Fee: INR 15,000 per project.

* Travel, accommodation,Food and other project-related expenses will be borne by the company as per company policy.

* Willingness to travel to client locations across Pan India is mandatory, depending on project requirements.
