Job Summary

Denmonk is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Checking & Logistics Executive to oversee product quality inspections and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet company quality standards before dispatch while maintaining efficient inventory and shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Checking

·        Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet Denmonk's quality standards.

·        Identify, document, and report product defects or inconsistencies.

·        Verify product specifications, packaging, labeling, and overall presentation.

·        Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

·        Maintain quality inspection records and reports.

·        Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.

Logistics

·        Plan and coordinate order dispatches and deliveries.

·        Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

·        Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely shipments.

·        Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

·        Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and dispatch records.

·        Ensure proper packaging to minimize transit damage.

·        Assist in warehouse organization and inventory audits.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).

·        1–3 years of experience in quality inspection, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.

Required Skills

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Good organizational and time management skills.

·        Basic knowledge of inventory management.

·        Familiarity with MS Excel and Software Zoho is an advantage.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or consumer goods.

·        Knowledge of quality control processes and logistics operations.
