Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Promote company products through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers regarding product inquiries.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
- Coordinate with the field sales team and management
