Project Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Project Associate to join our growing manufacturing team. The selected candidate will work closely with our Lead Production Engineer and assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop practical engineering and manufacturing skills, and grow with a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Production Engineer in manufacturing and production activities.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic material cutting, preparation, and handling.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
• Carry out basic dimensional measurements using common measuring tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines during manufacturing operations.
• Support production, assembly, material packing and logistics as required.
