Job Description
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor daily business processes and assigned tasks.
* Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments.
* Maintain and update daily reports, records, and data.
* Follow up on orders, invoices, bills, dispatches, and customer-related requirements.
* Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
* Provide regular updates on task status to management.
* Ensure smooth coordination between different teams and departments.
* Identify process-related issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
* Good follow-up and time-management skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
