Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily café operations, manage staff, ensure great customer experience, and achieve sales & profitability targets.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily café operations as per SOPs
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Ensure high levels of customer service & handle escalations
- Oversee staff scheduling, training & performance
- Manage inventory, stock audits & minimize wastage
- Ensure hygiene, food safety & compliance standards
- Handle cash management, billing & daily reporting
