Position: Outlet Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with Petpooja Software for:
• Order punching
• Inventory management
• Billing & outlet operations
• Candidate should have a Continental Chef background and be capable of preparing:
• Pizza
• Garlic Bread
• Burgers
• All types of Momos
• Shakes
• Mojitos
• Ensure proper stock and inventory management.
• Drive daily and monthly sales growth of the outlet.
• Manage and supervise outlet staff performance and scheduling.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Requirements:Experience in food outlet / QSR / café / restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
