Job Description

  • कर्मचारियों और आगंतुकों को चाय, पानी एवं अन्य रिफ्रेशमेंट देना।
  • ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई और सामान्य व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
  • फाइल, डॉक्यूमेंट एवं अन्य ऑफिस सामग्री को संबंधित विभाग तक पहुँचाना।
  • दैनिक कार्यों में सहायता करना।
  • फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटिंग और स्कैनिंग जैसे कार्य करना।
  • अलग-अलग विभागों में फाइल और डॉक्यूमेंट पहुँचाना।
  • कूरियर प्राप्त करना एवं भेजने में सहायता करना।
  • मीटिंग रूम और ऑफिस एरिया की व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ऑफिस की छोटी-मोटी सामग्री खरीदकर लाना।
  • ऑफिस में सामान को व्यवस्थित करने एवं शिफ्ट करने में सहायता करना।
  • अन्य ऑफिस सपोर्ट कार्यों को करना।
