Manager Sales (Food / HORECA)

Position: Manager – Sales  

Experience: 7–8 Years  

Industry: Food / HORECA  

Team Size: At least 2–3 Employees  

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive sales across the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) segment, including distributor/channel sales.  

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, institutions, and distributors.  

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective business development and account management.  

Lead, manage, and monitor a team of 2–3 sales employees to achieve business objectives.  

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and distributor network.  

Manage distributor performance, sales planning, stock availability, and market coverage.  

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.  

Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.  

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.  

Ensure strong visibility and representation of the company's branded food products in the market.
