Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end FTL transportation operations across India.
- Arrange vehicles as per customer requirements and ensure timely placement.
- Coordinate with transporters, fleet owners, and drivers.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.
- Track vehicle movement from pickup to delivery.
- Resolve delays, vehicle breakdowns, and transit issues.
- Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and timely submission.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and reduce empty return trips.
- Handle customer queries and provide shipment status updates.
- Maintain transporter database and develop new vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily MIS reports (Bookings, Dispatch, Transit, Delivery, Pending).
- Control transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Support teams.
- Handle claims related to damage, shortages, or delays.
