Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented Loan Executive to assist customers with SBI loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, explaining loan schemes, collecting required documents, coordinating with the branch for loan processing, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and generate leads for SBI loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with SBI branch officials and processing teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status and pending documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SBI policies and RBI guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Required QualificationsGraduation in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
