Job Description
The Role:*
- Draft & Negotiate: Commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Litigation & Notices: Prepare Statements of Facts, Show Cause notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Compliance: Manage legal audits and maintain our contract management system.
*Requirement:*
- Strong foundation in Indian Contract & Employment Laws.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
