Position Business Development Executive – Healthcare Partnerships


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and relationship building with healthcare professionals and organizations.

The primary objective is to establish strategic partnerships with clinics, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions while contributing to the expansion of La Med India's healthcare network across India and international markets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare organizations.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated CRM database.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging healthcare markets.
  • Assist in developing partnerships for clinic chains across India.
  • Support international business development initiatives by identifying healthcare partners in overseas markets.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and business development activities.
  • Represent La Med India professionally while building long-term client relationships.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong English communication (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Confident in cold calling and professional email communication.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
