Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitch financial products (such as loans and insurance), and generating qualified leads to drive our business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential customers via cold calling, field visits, or digital channels to introduce our financial products (Loans & Insurance).
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right financial products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, Health/Motor Insurance).
• Educate clients on product benefits, interest rates, and necessary documentation.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups in our system.
• Requirements & SkillsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome (Prior experience in banking, loans, or insurance sales is a major plus).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, convincing ability, and basic knowledge of financial/loan products.
• Language: Good Hindi and basic English.
