Lead Generation Coordinator

We are looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator to find and qualify buyers/manufacturers of polymers across different industries. You will find leads online (Google/LinkedIn), manage data collected by our field team, and make initial phone calls to hand off warm leads to our sales team. Your 4 Main Responsibilities

1. Find Leads Online: Use Google, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms to find manufacturers and buyers who need polymers.

2. Coordinate Field Staff: Be the main contact for our Field Executives. Collect the lead data they gather on the ground and organize it.

3. Manage Excel Data: Keep a clean, neat, and updated database of all company names, contacts, and phone numbers in Microsoft Excel.

4. Tele-calling & Hand-off: Call the leads to check their interest, then connect the interested ones to our Sales Staff to close the deal.

Requirements (What we are looking for)

• Experience: 1–2 years in Lead Generation, Calling, or Data Operations (Experience in polymers/chemicals is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Tech Skills: Excellent at searching Google/LinkedIn + Strong Excel skills (data entry, filtering, organizing).
• Communication: Clear, confident speaking skills over the phone.
