Pasaro Fashions is apparel brand committed to quality, innovation, and modern Indian fashion. We are expanding our product development team and seeking a skilled Knitwear Merchandiser who can manage sampling, production coordination, negotiations and vendor communication for our knitwear category.

Role Overview

The Knitwear Merchandiser will support end‑to‑end product development—from initial sampling to bulk production—ensuring timely execution, quality consistency, and seamless coordination with suppliers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in knitwear manufacturing and a strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction, and graphic prints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete merchandising workflow for knitwear styles, including sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Coordinate with knitting units, fabric suppliers, and garment factories to ensure timely execution of TNA (Time & Action) plans.
• Review proto, fit, and PP samples for construction accuracy, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and overall quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed product sheets, BOMs, costing sheets, and order trackers.
• Assist in fabric sourcing, yarn selection, and trim development for knitwear collections.
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready styles.
• Conduct regular vendor follow-ups to monitor production status and resolve technical or timeline issues.
• Ensure compliance with brand quality standards and support QC teams during inspections.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, specifically in knitwear or casualwear categories.
