Job Title: IT Support / System Administrator / Technical Support EngineerLocation:Naraina Industrial Area Phase II, Delhi

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled IT professional with strong experience in database management, cloud, system administration, networking, and technical troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, managing servers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations across hardware, software, and network environments.

• Key Skills Required:SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database administration
• AWS Cloud services (basic to intermediate understanding)
• Ansible automation (deployment & configuration management)
• Linux administration (user management, server handling, troubleshooting)
• Web server management (Apache / Nginx / IIS basics)
• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP)
• Server integration & system configuration
• Dealer / Ship configuration support (domain-specific systems, if applicable)
• Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT systems
• Handle database operations and support Oracle environments
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS support tasks)
• Automate routine tasks using Ansible
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support web server configuration and uptime monitoring
• Provide end-user technical support and issue resolution
• Maintain system documentation and configurations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT support
• Ensure system security, backups, and performance optimization
• Preferred Experience:Experience in IT support / system administration / infrastructure roles
• Exposure to enterprise environments preferred
• Ability to work in troubleshooting and production support environment
