Job Description (JD) – Inside Sales Executive (US Process | Inbound Only | Night Shift)

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Process: US Inbound Sales

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US customers and understand their requirements

Promote and sell company products/services

Provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets

Build rapport with customers and close sales opportunities

Maintain customer details and update CRM records

Follow up with interested customers when required

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English

Sales-oriented mindset with convincing ability

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Comfortable working in night shifts

Basic computer knowledge
