English Caller / Telecaller – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-oriented English Caller / Telecaller to join our team in Mayapuri, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good spoken English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally in English.
• Explain products, services, offers, and processes to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers on a regular basis.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns politely.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams whenever required.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation and confident telephone etiquette.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO will be an advantage.
