Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, result-driven, and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our admissions and counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving admission targets, improving conversion rates, monitoring team performance, and ensuring a seamless admission process while maintaining excellent client relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the Inside Sales and Admissions team to achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Counsel high-value prospects and support the team in closing admissions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor daily lead allocation, follow-ups, and admission status.
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-up with prospective students and enrolled candidates.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve sales performance and communication skills.
  • Track individual and team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and share updates with management.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Academic, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of the admission process.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining company policies and service standards.
  • Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Counselling, or Education Sales.
  • At least 1–2 years of team handling experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle both national and international clients.
