Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Contact prospective customers and explain company products and services.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Support.
