We are looking for a reverse recruiter who can help an individual manage their job search and apply for suitable opportunities across various job portals.

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant job openings based on the candidate’s profile.
• Apply to suitable positions on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, company career pages, and other job portals.
• Create and manage candidate profiles across different platforms.
• Update resumes and application information when required.
• Track applications and maintain an organized application record.
• Monitor recruiter responses and interview opportunities.
• Help improve the candidate’s online professional presence.
• Provide regular updates on applications and progress.

Requirements:

✅ Good knowledge of job portals

✅ Strong internet research skills

✅ Good communication and English writing skills

✅ Organized and detail-oriented

✅ Basic understanding of recruitment and resumes

✅ Previous experience in recruitment/reverse recruitment is a plus

💰 Compensation
