Job Description
Job Analysis & Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to draft and update compelling job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source talent using professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals), social media, and employee referral programs.
Screening & Evaluating: Screen incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
