Job Description
1. Hiring: Daily field sourcing – labor chowk, referrals, local ads. Target: 2-3 HK/Helper per day.
2. Screening + Induction: ID check, basic training, PPE issue, mall entry formalities.
3. Deployment: Assign HK to MAX/Pantaloons/Tasva/HC as per roster. Handle shortfall.
4. Attendance + Payroll Input: Mark daily attendance, report absent by 10 AM for replacement.
5. Coordination: Liaison with site operations manager, Security for entry pass. Report to Site manager Incharge.

- Replacement within 2 hrs of absent call
