Housekeeping Boy

Looking for an fulltime, onboard staff member for the following jobs:

1. Cleaning cars
2. Walking and feeding Dogs
3. Watering plants, lawns
4. Cleaning/ Housekeeping of external fixtures and furniture
5. SPOC for all inbound couriers
6. Work as guard (manage ingress/egress of residents, guests, part-time staff, and visitors)
7. Supervise maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gardening jobs (as delegated or needed)
8. All other jobs/ chores that are outside the purview of cooks and maids.

Basic education, lodging and boarding will be provided.
