Full-stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React/Vue/Angular.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.

Work on digital lending workflows including:

• Customer onboarding and registration
• KYC and verification
• Loan application and eligibility
• Credit assessment/scoring integrations
• Loan approval and disbursement
• Repayment and collections
• EMI/payment processing
• Loan closure and settlement
• Integrate payment gateways, KYC providers, credit bureaus, banking APIs, SMS/email services, and other fintech APIs.
• Develop secure and optimized database structures using MySQL.
• Identify and resolve application performance, security, and production issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with product, business, QA, and operations teams to deliver new lending features.
• Ensure applications follow appropriate security, data privacy, and financial application best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Good knowledge of Laravel MVC, Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, events, middleware, authentication, and caching.
• Strong MySQL skills, including query optimization and database design.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API authentication, and third-party API integrations.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and development best practices.
• Understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience working with Linux servers and basic deployment/debugging is preferred.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
