LSD Cloud Technologies LLP is looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Follow up with candidates until successful joining.

• Maintain recruitment records and regular hiring updates.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

• Good knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process.

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to close positions within the given timeline.

• Must have a laptop/mobile with a stable internet connection.

Payment Structure:

✔ Earn ₹5,000 per successful candidate.

Payment Schedule:

• ₹2,500 after the candidate completes 2 weeks and receives the first salary/payment.

• ₹2,500 after the candidate successfully completes 6 weeks.

Payments are released weekly for eligible candidates after verification.
