Floor Supervisor

Job role: We are hiring for two-wheeler showroom Floor Supervisor who can ensure smooth daily operations on the sales and service floor. He should be able to oversee staff, manage inventory, coordinate workflow, and drive sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training

·        Supervise the daily activities of sales executives, technicians, and floor staff.

·        Delegate tasks, schedule shifts, and conduct routine team briefings.

·        Train new employees on company policies, product features, and standard operating procedures.

Customer Service & Sales Support

·        Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.

·        Assist sales staff in closing deals and providing test rides.

·        Follow up with customers post-purchase or post-service to build brand loyalty.

Inventory & Showroom Management

·        Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and properly stocked.

·        Monitor vehicle and spare parts inventory levels, coordinating with the store manager to prevent stock shortages.

·        Oversee the proper display of bikes, scooters, and promotional materials.

Operational & Quality Compliance

·        Ensure all service and sales processes comply with manufacturer standards and guidelines.

·        Coordinate between the sales team and the service department to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.

·        Maintain daily reports regarding sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a degree in Business Administration.

·        Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a two-wheeler dealership or retail/automotive sales environment.

·        Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and solid technical knowledge of bikes and scooters
