Job Description
Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance calls at customer locations
Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults in DG Sets
Carry out installation, commissioning, and testing activities
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of generators
Maintain proper service reports and documentation
Ensure timely closure of service complaints
Coordinate with customers professionally during site visits
Follow all company safety and HSE guidelines during field operations
Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets properly
Update service status to reporting manager regularly
