Bizlo is a fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and business buyers across India. We are expanding our network and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to onboard buyers and sellers onto the Bizlo platform.


Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive responsible for identifying, visiting, and onboarding wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and business buyers. The candidate will promote Bizlo's platform, build strong business relationships, and help increase transactions on the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

Buyer Onboarding

  • Visit retailers, dealers, resellers, and business buyers.
  • Explain Bizlo's B2B marketplace and its benefits.
  • Register buyers on the Bizlo platform.
  • Assist buyers in completing profile registration.
  • Educate buyers on ordering through Bizlo.
  • Follow up to ensure buyers place their first order.

Seller Onboarding

  • Identify wholesalers, distributors, importers, manufacturers, and stockists.
  • Explain Bizlo's business model and seller benefits.
  • Complete seller registration and KYC.
  • Collect required business documents.
  • Coordinate product catalogue uploads with the internal team.
  • Maintain relationships with sellers to encourage active participation.

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through market visits.
  • Conduct daily field visits within assigned territories.
  • Develop long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.
  • Gather competitor information and market insights.
  • Identify high-potential business areas for expansion.

Sales & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
  • Update daily visit reports in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
  • Coordinate with Tele Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Submit daily activity and weekly performance reports.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Telecom, B2B Sales, Distribution, or Business Development.
  • Experience in B2B sales or marketplace onboarding will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
