Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, promoting company services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationIdentify and generate new customers through field visits, references, online leads, and local market activities.
• Develop new business opportunities in assigned areas.
• Field VisitsVisit residential, commercial, corporate, and other potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable company services.
• Sales & RevenueAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and generate revenue for the company.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers until closure.
• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collect customer feedback and resolve basic service-related concerns by coordinating with the concerned team.
• Quotation & Follow-upCoordinate with the office team for quotations and proposals.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and service requirements.
• Market DevelopmentConduct market surveys to identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• ReportingSubmit daily field visit reports.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and converted sales.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager/Management.
• CoordinationCoordinate with Operations, Technicians, Accounts, and Customer Support teams for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure proper communication between customers and the company.
