Field Sales Executive

1. Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, distributors, or businesses) in assigned areas
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
6. Collect payments and ensure timely follow-ups
7. Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits
8. Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
9. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support)
10. Submit regular sales reports to the manager
