About FLAVR:

FLAVR is a fast-growing food brand in South Delhi serving momos, Chinese, wraps, burgers, bowls, fries, shakes and healthy meals. We are building a strong local food brand with focus on group orders, repeat customers, WhatsApp offers, gym tie-ups, PG/student orders, office lunch orders and healthy meal plans.

Job Role:

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive who can go into the market daily, meet people, build local partnerships and generate orders for FLAVR and our healthy food brand Well Fed & Co.

This is not a sitting-office job. The person must be comfortable visiting gyms, PGs, offices, coaching centres, shops, salons, societies and local businesses to promote our food brand and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit gyms, fitness centres and yoga studios to promote healthy meals and tie-ups for Well Fed & Co.
2. Visit PGs, hostels and student areas to promote FLAVR combos, group orders and WhatsApp offers.
3. Visit offices and local businesses to generate lunch orders, bulk orders and corporate meal trials.
4. Build group order leads for momos, Chinese combos, party boxes, office meals and healthy food subscriptions.
5. Get customers to scan FLAVR WhatsApp QR code and join FLAVR Craving Club.
6. Distribute flyers, coupon cards and QR posters in selected local areas.
7. Collect customer details, phone numbers, order leads and follow-up information properly.
8. Coordinate with kitchen team for group orders, bulk orders and sampling activity.
9. Promote FLAVR offers on ground and explain menu items confidently to customers.
10. Build relationships with PG owners, gym managers, office admins, security guards, shopkeepers and local influencers.
11. Find new local opportunities for sales in Lajpat Nagar, Amar Colony, East of Kailash, South Extension, GK, Defence Colony and nearby areas.
12. Report daily field visits, leads generated, WhatsApp signups, orders received and follow-ups required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be confident in field sales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Should be comfortable talking to new people.
• Should be able to visit market areas daily.
• Food, restaurant, FMCG, retail, gym sales or local field sales experience preferred.
• Must know how to use WhatsApp properly.
• Should be hardworking, honest and target-oriented.
• Should be comfortable working with incentives and sales targets.
• Own two-wheeler is preferred but not compulsory.

Daily Work Includes:

• Visiting 8–12 locations daily.
• Meeting gym/PG/office owners or managers.
• Promoting FLAVR group orders and Well Fed healthy meals.
• Getting WhatsApp QR signups.
• Collecting leads and follow-ups.
• Bringing group orders and repeat customers.

• PG tie-ups
• Monthly healthy meal subscriptions
• Large WhatsApp signup numbers
