Field Executive

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Serve as primary contact: Act as the direct touchpoint for customers during field visits to build trust and long-term loyalty.

• Address queries & complaints: Resolve client issues, product concerns, or delivery disputes on-site in a professional manner.

• Gather feedback: Collect direct insights regarding product performance and customer satisfaction, reporting back to the management team.

• Promote updates: Inform existing clients about new product launches, seasonal promotions, or service schemes to drive repeat business.

📦 Goods & Product Delivery

• Plan route efficiency: Map out daily delivery schedules (often using a beat plan or journey log) to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency.

• Verify inventory: Check goods before dispatch to ensure the right items, quantities, and packaging are loaded securely.

• Execute secure delivery: Hand over products directly to the client, retail store, or distributor premises according to standard operating procedures.

• Process documentation: Obtain proofs of delivery, such as customer signatures or digital delivery confirmations, via the company application.

🛠️ Product Maintenance & Merchandising

• Conduct on-site inspections: Regularly check the shelf condition, storage parameters, and expiry dates of products already stocked at client locations.

• Manage visual merchandising: Ensure the company's products are highly visible, neatly arranged, and properly displayed using point-of-sale materials.

• Handle returns: Inspect damaged, defective, or expired products and process them for reverse logistics according to company policy.

• Maintain product knowledge: Stay completely up-to-date on all product functionalities and troubleshooting steps to assist clients immediately.

💰 Payment Collection & Administration

• Collect dues: Secure outstanding or cash-on-delivery (COD) payments safely from customers at the time of delivery or scheduled visits.

• Reconcile accounts: Issue official receipts, invoices, or digital transaction confirmations to customers upon receiving payments.

• Remit funds: Deposit collected cash, cheques, or digital payments to the finance department or bank daily without discrepancies.

• Log interactions: Maintain accurate field logs, updating payment statuses and delivery outcomes inside the company CRM software or tracking apps.
