JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering the Project brief to the client

• Review of Building Systems

• Co-ordination with various agencies,

• Cost and quality controls, Consultants Monitoring, Certification of vendor’s bills,

• Project Technical closure

• Closely monitoring execution at site, ensuring that all targets are met, Co-coordinating site meetings, project reviews and inspections.

• Working with the contractors and laborers and monitoring on site progress.

• Layout planning as per the requirements of project.

• Attending weekly site meetings and co-ordination.

• Bill certification.
