Medical Global Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our growing team.

You will connect with doctors, and healthcare professionals, understand their career requirements, and guide them toward the right medical education courses and training programs.

💼 What You'll Do

• 📞 Connect with potential candidates through provided leads
• 🎓 Explain our medical courses, programs, fees & benefits
• 👨‍⚕️ Understand the requirements of doctors and healthcare professionals
• 💬 Counsel candidates and recommend suitable programs
• 🔄 Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
• 🤝 Handle questions and objections professionally
• 🎯 Convert interested leads into admissions/enrolments
• 📊 Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
• 📝 Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
• 🌍 Get exposure to national & international clients

• ⭐ What We're Looking For
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident and positive attitude
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good Hindi & basic English communication
• Freshers are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Counselling / BDE / Inside Sales is preferred
